Our family had such an incredible time at Sunset Ridge! The house was absolutely amazing: well furnished, sparkling clean, private, and had all the amenities we wanted (e.g., fire pit, hot tub, pet friendly). As promised, the mountain / sunset views were breathtaking. We also loved all the Eagles Nest amenities - if you’re there on Sunday you have to go to the brunch at the North Pavilion. Amy was particularly helpful in booking our vacation and providing early checkin which was great since we were traveling with our infant daughter. The entire Blue Ridge team was knowledgeable, professional, and eager to assist with whatever we needed. We can’t wait to come back and create more memories!

I always appreciate renting from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. They make the rental to occupation process seamless. Plus, their rental inventory is consistent with what the rental homes offer based on their website profile.

Great house and great location on the mountain. Our kids loved the hot tub and the toys in the loft/ bunk room.

I have been renting from BRM rentals for several years. Each time I’ve rented my experience has been great! They are very helpful and responsive.

This is a fantastic house. The location (just down the mountain from Great Camp) is very convenient. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed, although was missing a cheese grater! I'm assuming it must have been lost or broken recently and just not replaced yet. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful visit. Everything was top notch quality from the house to the gym to the restaurant. We already have booked a return trip.

Beech Haven thought of every detail to make it enjoyable and fun for a family to get together and enjoy games inside as well as outside. The property is beautiful and the house is amazing and well kept! We enjoyed every minute! Plus, it is very convenient to downtown Banner Elk!

Took the family here for Mother's Day and the place was amazing. Had coffee on the covered porch each morning and sat outside in the evening next to the stream. We had some plumbing issues, but hopefully they have been resolved.

Another Beautiful property with BRMR. Clean and comfortable with a lovely forest setting and a running stream in front of property. Very relaxing and only 3 miles to grocery store. Highly recommend 😊

It was an ok experience overall. Location and view were great. The cabin is very old and had a few issues. Some of the outlets, desk lamps, and lights were not working. There was a big leak in one of the kitchen sinks that spilled on the kitchen floor. There was no mop in the house. However, they responded promptly by sending a technician who diagnosed but did not fix the issue. So, we were very limited and had to use a different sink. Someone did bring us a mop later so we could sweep the water on the kitchen floor. I think the property would greatly improve if they could diagnose and fix these issues before the guest steps in, add more game options downstairs, and may be add more comfortable reclining chairs to enjoy the fabulous mountain landscape. I still give them a 4 even though I was not too happy because they responded to our complaints in a timely manner.
