Plant arrived in good condition, but a bright pink bow is not appropriate for a plant given as a gesture of sympathy.

I ordered flowers, added birthday ballon and chocolates…. Flowers delivered , but did not look like the ones i ordered and no ballon or chocolates!!!! This company is a scam!
Historically, I had good luck with the company. The previous order delivery was delayed by a day, and the flowers were of poor quality. Called customer service and received replacement flowers the next day. I placed my last order with the company three days before the birthday event. The website stated the order would be delivered the same day before the close of business. To make a long story short, after repeated promises of delivery, day after day, and even updating the tracking website, to "out for delivery", the flower order was never even pulled together. I cancelled the order, and hopefully I will get a full refund as promised. But I feel I'll be speaking with the CC company disputing the charges.
The flower arrangement was gorgeous! And my mother loved them. I will order from them again in the future.
Overall a really good transaction. Didn't deliver by 1pm but my daughter loved the arrangement and online purchase/payment was done well.

They are SCAMMERS!! They told me over the phone that the flowers were on their way to be delivered. Then they lied and said the flowers had been delivered. They still haven’t refund my credit card. Please beware! Do NOT use this company!
You had the best variety of flower arrangements compared to all athe other flower sites. I tried to get an order going with other flower sites, but too much strugle to satisfy their requirements.....wanted me to join there site, etc. The flowers I ordered arrived ON TIIME! AMAZING, NO? I'm keeping your company name etc, on my desk!!
Floral arrangement was as described & delivered in a timely manner. Delivery was just left on front step though. Recipient very pleased.
My wife ordered a "Get Well" arrangement through Blossoms Flower Delivery that we were told would be delivered same day on 3/21/26. We never received a confirmation email from them but there was a pending charge on my CC. I never got the order number because we never got a confirmation email. Kept trying to contact them via their website submissions but couldn't because they kept requesting the order number. Around and around we went until I finally was able to get the order number via our phone number. After no less than 7 attempts to contact a real live representative, I never received any replies. As of this writing, I still have not been contacted by them. DO NOT USE BLOSSOMS FLOWER DELIVERY! They are not trustworthy and their customer service is nonexistent. I wish I had read the reviews prior to using this company. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money. You can plant your own flowers, arrange them and deliver them yourself quicker.
I live in Michigan and my daughter lives in TN. I ordered flowers with a balloon for her birthday. Our power and internet had been down for 4 days from an ice storm and it was restored the day after her birthday. Not only was a beautiful arrangement delivered the same day but they were out of the balloon I ordered so they sent an email to me for approval. Great service and product. I will use them again.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral and paid extra for express delivery with delivery before 1PM. I was emailed at 11am on the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered and was told that they were experiencing some difficulty with their supplies as they did not receive the necessary deliveries and to avoid further delays that I needed to pay an extra $230 (they would discount it to $115) for the bouquet to be made by their partnered florist. I attempted MULTIPLE times to speak with customer service but was not able to reach anyone. I was told multiple times by the automated service that someone would get back to me but no one ever did. They still took the money out of my account and the flowers were never delivered. I would NOT recommend this company to others and I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was worried because of mixed reviews on site however...... they were outstanding and i will use them again! The flowers were beyond beautiful,exceed my expectations worth every dollar spent,I was a bit leary but again Thank you for making my mother's Birthday great
I ordered a beautiful living plant arrangement with white flowers in a pretty basket and paid extra to make it larger and more full. What they delivered was a vine and a small mother in law’s tongue in a little wood box. I paid more than $125 for this arrangement that couldn’t have cost them more than $5 to make. It was so embarrassing to have that delivered to a loved one whose father had just passed away.

This was by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I placed an order for my wife's birthday and paid extra for guaranteed 1 p.m. delivery. Not only did it not arrive, but the service failed at every possible step: • Zero Communication: I received no email updates about my order status. • Faulty Tracking: The website's tracking tool claimed my order could not be found. • Ignored by Support: My message to customer service was marked as "read" but I never received a response. • Unexplained Cancellation: I was issued a store credit without any explanation. I had to call them to discover they had cancelled the order for "fraudulent activity" without ever contacting me to verify. • Damaged Goods: After resolving the payment issue, I had to call again for a status update, only to be told the driver had broken the vase and the delivery would be a day late. What is the point of planning ahead and paying extra for a guarantee if the company can't communicate or even deliver the product in one piece? This completely ruined the surprise for my wife's birthday. I will not be doing business with them again and I wont' recommend them to anyone.
Wrong flowers delivered - not anywhere near photo online. Impossible to speak to a live agent regarding order. All customer service is AI generated and impossible to speak with a live person for assistance or follow-up. Am highly disappointed at the customer service and the fact that the wrong flower order was delivered for sympathy and the passing of my father. The flowers delivered were nowhere near in color even or any likeness to those advertised on the respective website ... completely disrespectful in light of sympathy flowers ... After multiple attempts and AI promises of keeping your spot in line and a return call ... am still waiting and no call was ever received. Would not recommend this company at all!!!
