This was by far the worst experience…
This was by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I placed an order for my wife's birthday and paid extra for guaranteed 1 p.m. delivery. Not only did it not arrive, but the service failed at every possible step: • Zero Communication: I received no email updates about my order status. • Faulty Tracking: The website's tracking tool claimed my order could not be found. • Ignored by Support: My message to customer service was marked as "read" but I never received a response. • Unexplained Cancellation: I was issued a store credit without any explanation. I had to call them to discover they had cancelled the order for "fraudulent activity" without ever contacting me to verify. • Damaged Goods: After resolving the payment issue, I had to call again for a status update, only to be told the driver had broken the vase and the delivery would be a day late. What is the point of planning ahead and paying extra for a guarantee if the company can't communicate or even deliver the product in one piece? This completely ruined the surprise for my wife's birthday. I will not be doing business with them again and I wont' recommend them to anyone.
