I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral and paid extra for express delivery with delivery before 1PM. I was emailed at 11am on the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered and was told that they were experiencing some difficulty with their supplies as they did not receive the necessary deliveries and to avoid further delays that I needed to pay an extra $230 (they would discount it to $115) for the bouquet to be made by their partnered florist. I attempted MULTIPLE times to speak with customer service but was not able to reach anyone. I was told multiple times by the automated service that someone would get back to me but no one ever did. They still took the money out of my account and the flowers were never delivered. I would NOT recommend this company to others and I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
