Bait & switch
I placed an order for a $204 casket spray on March 25th to be delivered to the funeral home on March 26th. On March 26th at 3:11 pm I received a call from The Blossom informing me the "designer" did not have the supplies to make a casket spray. I was told they could do a vase with fresh cut flowers and there would be more flowers in the vase than would have been in the casket spray. And I was told the flowers would arrive March 27th before 11 am (when the service started) and they offered a $50 refund. The flowers did not arrive before the service started and the flowers that arrived were wilted and no where near the amount of flowers that were expected. I tried to call to speak to someone and only got an AI support system. I called a second time and briefly spoke to someone who said I needed to speak with a customer service representative, at which time I was transferred back to the AI support, which did no good. The flowers that were dropped off at the funeral home were not even worth $50, let alone $154, plus $13.99 shipping & service fee, $11.99 handling fee, & a $10.25 tip. I looked on their website and they had what looked like a nice bouquet of flowers for $75 that looked almost 3 times the size of what I received. I would be willing to pay $50 but not because the flowers were worth that but because whoever actually made this I guess deserves something.
