My order was delivered. I was not able to use any of the discount codes provided by email as one stated it was expired and the other once entered would make the website freeze every time.

Plant arrived in good condition, but a bright pink bow is not appropriate for a plant given as a gesture of sympathy.

I was very specific about ordering a Shamrock plant for a relative who is severly allergic to all flowers. I was assured that a Shamrock was available and would be sent for a mere $89.00. A flower arrangement was sent to her. She had to immediately put it outside. Do not order from this florist, there is no telling what you will get.
I ordered flowers for a friend and did a 1 pm delivery for the extra fee. I received an email at 1:40 pm that said the flowers can't be delivered that day at all. They were delivered the next day when my friend was out of town. Neither of the 2 emails I sent to their given customer service email (service@blossomflowerdelivery(dot) com) were ever answered. I received a follow up email that said they didn't deliver what I chose but did a substitution. I paid $113 dollars for these and they also kept the early deliver fee on the charge.
Payment was glitchy but otherwise good Internet experience. Flowers were the worst EVER. They could not have been more different from what I ordered. It looked like someone picked up a cheap supermarket bouquet and put it in a dark green vase. I ordered an airy light colored arrangement. Customer service was a recorded or ai thing. When I finally got a human, she said hold for someone who can help you and sent me back to the recording. I requested a redo or refund. Got neither. It was a horrible experience.
They failed to deliver my flower order on the day promised. The customer support page says that they will respond in 0-2 minutes for chat support or within 2-8 minutes for call support. I waited over an hour and did not receive a response from either the chat line or the phone line.
SCAM - I was charged $91 for the same day delivery of a plant to a friend. It was never delivered. Customer service was AWFUL. No one can confirm why it wasn't delivered or where it is and they are not agreeing to compensate me back my money. This was for a same day delivery for a birthday. Now I've disappointed a friend and lost hours in frustrating phone calls still with zero resolution. Please do not waste your time like I did.
The flowers we ordered for our sister turned out lovely. But it was frustrating to receive an email the day the flowers were being delivered to say “substitutions” were being made. I replied and asked for a pic of what the revised arrangement would look like and never received a reply.

SCAM - listen to the reviews. I ordered a very specific bouquet of orchids that was then substituted at the last minute for a much lesser quality assortment of "flowers". To top it off, they added all sorts of fees and charged me substantially more than what I was expecting to pay.
This place is a joke, they scam you for your money then give you the run around just to get a refund, so far it's been a week now and nothing
Do not order from this company. They sell you a flower order that they cannot fulfill, let you pay for it, then send you emails that your delivery cannot be delivered because they don't have them. Then they try and convert you to something they have in stock to replace the original order. Shady way to do business!!
Ordered flowers, was sent a message saying my payment was declined and to resubmit through a secure payment link. Kept receiving errors, called the business who confirmed the second payment was for a duplicate order, had been declined, and would not be processed. Lo and behold, the funds have been taken from my account for the duplicate payment I sent through. I disputed the payment with PayPal and it was somehow settled in their favour which makes absolutely no sense. The flowers also looked VASTLY different from the photos online, not nearly as nice as they are made up to be. Customer service was subpar as they clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Absolutely avoid, please buy flowers locally and in-person if you're able to.

I would give this company zero stars. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered flowers for my sister after our mom had passed and the flowers were delivered a day later after I paid extra to be delivered on time. I called, emailed and tried their chat multiple times over multiple days and could not reach anyone. I was waiting on the chat for 3 hours and no-one got back to me. Also the flowers delivered were NOTHING what was depicted in the picture. This company is not an accredited business and their grade is a big fat F. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a balloon arrangement for my daughter's 21st birthday who's away at college. I ordered 4 days in advance of the delivery date. They sent an email at 11am on her birthday stating they can't fulfill the order because they are out of stock of the balloons. They offered to deliver flowers, which I didnt want, to be delivered the day AFTER her birthday. Absolutely the worst and will never ever order from them again. Save your money and order from somewhere else.
Website was good. Order was correct and delivered when promised. I was a bit surprised by the $15 fees that were added on.
