Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out

2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

They are poor communicators and are not focused on buying customers. They cancel deliveries without notice too. I am not impressed with them at all.

They are poor communicators and are not focused on buying customers. I am not impressed at all. They are not very helpful with delivery dates. Also, when they make dates they don’t always turn up and dont tell the customer, resulting in the customer waiting all day and only finding out the delivery has been cancelled when they phone BJS.

BJS e bike delivery

Excellent communication from BJS. Email and text. Informing me of the delivery process. The day before delivery was due. A three hour time slot was given. The day of delivery, the BJS courier phoned, to give an estimated time of arrival. And my large, heavy parcel was delivered exactly on time. Outstanding service. Thank you.πŸ’―

All three of my packages from BJS home…

All three of my packages from BJS home delivery came damaged. One of them was already opened. I challenged the delivery crew on this. One of the crew was unphased and just wanted to take a picture to prove they had completed the delivery. The other crew member simply said if its damaged order another one and we will re deliver.
