Every item delivered as promised.The sofa bed seating was not as large as I thought but overall great furniture and beds.I had a great 2 man team, deliver 9 large items They done the job professionally with a smile on there faces.Stay happy chaps
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

This is my second delivery & it went great! Very Professional Delivery Company. They keep you informed days before your delivery by email & text. On the day of delivery you are phoned verifying your delivery is on itβs way & again when the guys in the van are close to your house, giving you 20-30 minutes notice that they will be at your house very soon. Great Company & very pleasant staff. Thank you for another on schedule delivery.

Lovely guys delivered my new sofa bed & put it right where I wanted it. They were friendly & polite and only missed the time given by a few minutes so I feel a bit mean taking a star off for that! Communication was excellent throughout

Itβs too early to comment on our new mattress as we only got it yesterday and a mattress protector we ordered was not loaded on the lorry. However, that said, customer services are working on that! There was also a few hours delay with the delivery too. I just wanted to say that customer services kept me updated about the missing item as soon as they realised. Fortunately, I have a mattress protector while waiting for the one from them. Really pleased so far with customer services. My reason for the five stars is to say how impressed I was with the two delivery guys! They were polite and courteous and took great care carrying the mattress through the house up to the designated room! They took the old mattress away, taking care as they carried it out of the house. They were cheerful too which was lovely! Especially, as they had driven a long way to deliver to me with long traffic delays in this extremely hot, humid weather. So thought Iβd give them five stars for a first class delivery service. Iβll pop a review about the mattress when weβve used it for a bit.

Called 1hr 45 minutes before delivery to check Iβd be around because they could deliver earlier than expected time if it was convenient. Rang me again when they were close by. Friendly team, grafting hard in hot temperature as it was hottest day of the year. Checked packaging, all good. Sent them on their way with some refreshing ice cold drinks.ππ

Terrible service we paid extra for 2 people to deliver a large package to a room of our Choice They are arrived unloaded our large package and dumped with my husband blocking a fire escape and refused to take it any further. We had to call our friends and family to move the parcel. Lazy workmen disinterested in customer satisfaction
