Every item delivered as promised.The sofa bed seating was not as large as I thought but overall great furniture and beds.I had a great 2 man team, deliver 9 large items They done the job professionally with a smile on there faces.Stay happy chaps

Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out

2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Extremely rude and pushy delivery…

Extremely rude and pushy delivery driver. Would not give me time to check the parcel for any damage and said “ I’m just the delivery driver” didn’t seem to know I had a right not to accept delivery for damaged products. Walked straight in and put 23kg parcel against my wall marking it without asking. Didn’t even offer to deliver to the correct room. Only one person and I was made to pay for two man delivery !! Dusk are an absolute joke, never mind the 12 week wait for delivery. Yeah you’re cheap and nasty Dusk. The others are more expensive for a reason!

Excellent service following delivery mix up

Excellent communication from BJS following a mixed-up delivery a week ago (I was home, but it was recorded as not home). The item was delivered without issue today, following the rescheduled delivery. I can't amend my original review, but I will say BJS handled the issue with professionalism and courtesy, and deserves credit for its competent handling of the mix-up.

Willingness to help from driver.

It was the hottest day of the year and I was keeping the kids cool In the paddling pool. The driver dropped off a mattress and happily carried it 100m up the hill into our Shepards hut. When I tried moving it later I couldn’t even lift it. Nice bloke and fantasticly helpful. I think he was called Mohit Salaria. Thank you

Furniture delivery

I was kept informed with regular updates and given a 3 hour time slot. On the day of delivery I recieved a call to say they were 30 minutes away. Prompt and Polite professional service.

Amrik and Mohit did an excellent job…

Amrik and Mohit did an excellent job delivering our furniture. They phoned to say they would be 30 mins and arrived promptly and make light work of the large boxes. They took care to ensure the boxes didn’t damage any walls and were placed carefully in the room.
