Every item delivered as promised.The sofa bed seating was not as large as I thought but overall great furniture and beds.I had a great 2 man team, deliver 9 large items They done the job professionally with a smile on there faces.Stay happy chaps
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Order turned up damaged, ive emailed them 2 days ago still havent heard anything, i paid Β£20 for delivery, chose Wednesday, and they confirmed the delivery for Tuesday when nobody was in, i asked them to leave it in a safe place in the porch or back garden alley, they attempted neither and left it in the front garden, absolute shambles really

They only come up two flights of stairs. They should she been clarified before because I ordered something from DUSK last month and they delivered it to the door. Iβve had to leave my delivery on the second floor until I can arrange help to bring it up one more flight of stairs because itβs too heavy for me.

Three hour time slot provided, and I was called to say the van would be c.30-60 minutes later than the time I was given. I appreciated the phone call. When the van arrived it had gone to an incorrect property, despite me providing the What3Words location of our front door, and written instructions on how to find our - admittedly - long and narrow lane. I walked up to meet the van and explained how to get to our property. This required some reversing which was clearly beyond the skills of the driver, so the van was left at the top of our lane leaving a c.80m transit to the house pushing the item on a delivery trolley. When at the house, the driver left his colleague and walked back to the van, leaving me to unbox the item with the second delivery man. It's a hot day, they'd clearly been working hard for several hours, and we do live in a difficult place. However despite the excellent facilities on the BJS website to leave directions and a What3Words address this is of no use if it's not followed by the delivery van. The employee entrusted to drive the van needs to have basic reversing and turning skills, and a more collegiate approach to delivering items needs to be taken. Unfortunately these two let the side down.

Bike was finally delivered today 10/7/2025 no issues with the delivery drivers today, but issues prior to this, was supposed to be delivered on the 4/7/25 but the bike was at the front of the van and they had a full load so were unable to deliver item driver informed me that he would contact work and let them know and they could then make another date for delivery,2nd attempt to deliver got a email saying the date for delivery was 7/7/25 between 10am and 1pm then got another email saying that the order had not been loaded onto the van, I rang the company and they weren't very helpful at all just kept saying that they were unable to give me another delivery date at present time, finally got a delivery on the 10/7/25 10/10 for the delivery drivers, but as a big delivery company they need to be more aware off what is happening in their warehouse, very unprofessional I feel sorry for the businesses that use them if this is how they act.
