Constant outages. Always issues in this exchange. For how big they are, it's pretty pathetic. It also always happens during surges of prices. How convenient the site times out when things go up, then it works when you lost your chance. It's not to be trusted. Trade your tokens and get them off the exchange.

Bitmart give some projects asset to scam their community. I never seen a converting tokens in crypto industry, I trade a Go tokens (1813165954219.269 tokens and convert to-0.00001813 tokens ) and some of them are VST,XUN,VLT,FPT tokens convert to -0 tokens after trading. I unfortunately made the mistake of attempting a transfer from another exchange to bitmart, unfortunately apparently they do not support x layer (I'm aware faux par on my part, however this could have been made more transparent) Given this, my funds are lost in the ether and neither party is interested in helping me recover funds. I can see the transaction was successful on the Blockchain, so where exactly have the funds gone if you don't support x layer hmm? I'm considering legal action, but have a feeling that wouldn't be any use **Adding reply to Bitmarts Reply** You've told me to contact customer service, yet when I do I'm told you can not help. So why would I do it again?
I bought 5750 L1x on Bitmart. I was building up a business irl. So when i got around to it. L1x had been de listed. I responded within a couple of days of de listing. They didnt want to help me retreving my L1x. It was obvious they eyed the chance to scoop up all of the de listed crypto. I think there was so many ways they chould help us getting the coins out before the de listing. So many ways to letting us know. I see it as theft. Then keeping all of our money is how they run theire business.
Pure scam artist Delisting your coins and you never cant get them back , use everyone binance or web3 , this exchange just scams you with everything
BitMart received my 4160.8 STEEM tokens from MEXC on June 28, 2025. The transaction is fully confirmed on the blockchain (TxID: 9cb2764d243ce5870dbfdb252298346a07491f9a) and was sent with correct memo (250539187285043). They refuse to return my funds, saying the token is not supported. But the tokens are in their wallet and visible on the STEEM blockchain. This is unacceptable. I request CoinMarketCap to investigate and delist BitMart for holding customer funds without processing or refund. Please help me recover my funds or escalate this abuse.
Bitmart stole my funds and demanded a ransom before releasing them. After confirming all deposit details were correct they still denied responsibility and would not release my funds without paying a fee that was almost 2x the amount of the initial deposit. Scam exchange — be cautious.
