My account was unfairly blocked
My BitMart account was closed despite not violating any rules. Since 2019, I've contacted support numerous times (Ticket #25105), but each time I've only received a "Your request has been denied." They haven't explained which rule I violated. I can't access my funds. This is unacceptable for an exchange that claims to be trustworthy. Bitmart answer: Aug 25, 2025, 19:18 GMT+8 Dear user, We regret to inform you that we are unable to elaborate on the specific details on the transactional activities detected. As per the Bitmart User Agreement point 9.9, If BitMart suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of BitMart Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits BitMart from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that BitMart's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to BitMart's risk management and security protocols. You agree that BitMart is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. Prohibited use includes but is not limited to engaging in unlawful, abusive, and fraudulent activities. We will not be entertaining any requests to appeal for unfreezing the account. *** I didn't do anything. Bitmart closed my account completely arbitrarily!!!
