I've been unable to access my funds at all for the past 3 months!! The platform is a joke...They want you to deal with a 3rd party, and they simply ask security questions I can't possibly know the answer too!! I just want access to MY MONEY...I've tried your link, and the site won't even let me sign in, or reset my password. So how am I supposed to contact you? UPDATE. Still zero help or reaching out to me. Nothing they say or do works!! Bitmart, I want my money today!!!! I don't have a reference ticket number, so pls provide with one. Look, every single email you send doesn't let you reply to that email. So pls send me an email that I can simply reply too!!! Like a normal business!!! Yet again that link comes up 404...Get your act together, jeez, how long does it take to give me a link that bloody works!!!!. Nothing you've sent me works, I've messaged countless times on Twitter and nobody has EVER responded!!! You're stealing my money!!!!!!! STOP apologising and do something that's actually going to work!!!!!
