This is my favorite stores to buy fragrances online. Good packaging, fast shipping, authentic perfumes at great prices. Supposing you need to return the purchase, they are always very reasonable and helpful. They are my first choice to buy from whenever I am looking for a fragrance.

I made a perfume purchase on May 5, 2025. The following day, I received an email telling me that the item was out of stock and asked if I would like a refund to which I said yes. Today is May 22, 2025 and I have still not received my refund. I have sent numerous email messages to the company and they have gone unanswered. At this point, they have stolen $100 from me.

En mi opinión es lo peor que me pudo aver pasado ise un pedido a aura fragace desde el 1 de mayo y según ellos mi pedido iva llegar en 24 horas y hasta hoy 7 de mayo no me entregaron y resulta que cuando hable ala tienda solo se escusan de que mi pedido no pudo ser entregado y que ahora necesito esperar mas dias para que me puedan rebolsar mi dinero y no son ni 3 ni 4 dias sino que segun ellos aproximadamente 20 dias para poder ver mi dinero renbolsado para serles honesto meciento como si me hubiera estafado por que para que cuenta con un sitio en Internet dodon segun ellos puedes ordenar si no cumplen con lo que ofrecen de entregar el paquete que tu les compras lo único que yo lesdigo en mi humilde opinión no vuelvan apedir nada en su página de Internet para mi no sirve no sirbe como una opción biable para encargar productos con ellos

First let me say that my entire experience with Aura was excellent. The order process was easy, processing was quick, the price was the best out there with free shipping to boot. I verified my order with customer service via phone ( it did take a few tries to get through, but I did.) Shipping was fast for USPS. And, The product was 100% authentic. Xerjoff Uden. The reason I put all that first is (from my experience), I can not understand all the negative comments. I almost didn't order due to that but I kept digging on blogs and found many positive comments. I'll admit I was leary as I usually use the more common well known discounters. The price at Aura was too good to be true...but it was true and beat others by 20.00 or more. I would order from Aura again and recommend them.

Overall GOOD experience. Have only placed one order as reference, a Roja parfum. Prices are great, no tax, free shipping and 5% off if you spend over $500. Downside... is slow shipping. Took over a week before the shipment left the warehouse after date of purchase. Nitpicking here. I'm guess Jomashop is also guilty of slow shipping and I still buy there. :) But if you can mind the slow shipping process, its a great deal! Would recommend.

I order a scent feb28 and uptil now I still have not received my package even tho I was charged for shipping… don’t waste ur money shopping with them , the will leave u under the bus and disappear with ur money

I purchase fragrance like Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 at its entry cost point which was not on backorder on my invoice, their website, or email. The price of the Louis XV 1722 was steadily climbing. I emailed Aura Fragrance approximately 10 business days later about the receiving 3 of the 4 items which Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 was not in the delivery. What I discover, Aura unknowingly to me automatically reimbursed me and place "OUT OF SALE" on this item. Never apologizing for not being able to deliver or will attempt to get a Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 at a later date. I spent over $1,600 with Aura, but will never cross their site again to do business. I find Aura to be unprofessional and unprincipled in business practices.

Placed my order in December and barley received it today February 10 mind you it stated the date for delivery was December 20! Late Christmas gift !

Creed SMW stem/pumping mechanism came broken and package was soggy from it leaking. So the bottle is entirely usable and I lost like 50% of the liquid during shipping. Update- I was promptly refunded and I didn't even have to send the package back. The customer service was great,opposite to what a lot of the reviews are saying on here.

Did not work. Packaging isn't very pretty either. I haven't received a reply when wanting to return the order. I ordered package of 4. The smells just give me a headache and my man didn't even notice a perfume.

Never had a problem with aura fragrance they sell fragrances unbelievable prices there are no discounter as good as aura

Ordered a Christmas gift December 9th, got the shipping information and now the package has not been given to USPS since I got said tracking. Didn’t have a Christmas gift for my father and brother come Christmas Day, now it’s almost been a month and still no update on shipping and no response from Aura.

I bought 2 fragrances. I’m glad the experience was good so far fingers crossed!!!

I had the worst experience ever I buy a lot of fragrances from joma shop and fragrance net and fragrance x and maxaroma.I did order wihe aura fragrance for the first time at 12/16and today 12/27 and didn't get it even I have tracking no I went to the post office the told me nothing there..I keep calling and emaling aura fragrance but no respond at all.no customer service

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over 55 days ago and still hasn’t received. Customer service is an absolute pathetic waste of time. I’m beyond mad and disgusted by this fraudulent company. I pray they all rott in hell

Shipping is insanely slow. I ordered only 2 fragrances. It took 1 week just for the order to be processed. And it still hasn't shipped out. These were for a birthday present and now that is ruined. I did not expect a small order to take two weeks to get here. Ridiculous

I've purchased from Aurafragrance 4 times over the past year. The fragrances have been authentic and shipped in a timely fashion.

They sell either watered down or fakes. Stay away from them. It’s a surprise that they haven’t been shut down

I live in Houston and have been to their physical store. I purchased Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme from them. First problem; the bottle advertised on the website was a stock image and what I got was not the same. Second; the fragrance was fake. I compared it against a real bottle and there was an enormous difference, both in scent and how long the fragrance lasted. Third; I was told to my face by an employee there that they do not guarantee authenticity of their fragrances and they do not accept returns. They argued with me in the store with customers around. I fought with them long enough that they finally refunded my money. NEVER buy from Aura Fragrance, they are a scam business.
