Aura to be unprofessional and unprincipled in business practices
I purchase fragrance like Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 at its entry cost point which was not on backorder on my invoice, their website, or email. The price of the Louis XV 1722 was steadily climbing. I emailed Aura Fragrance approximately 10 business days later about the receiving 3 of the 4 items which Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 was not in the delivery. What I discover, Aura unknowingly to me automatically reimbursed me and place "OUT OF SALE" on this item. Never apologizing for not being able to deliver or will attempt to get a Xerjoff Louis XV 1722 at a later date. I spent over $1,600 with Aura, but will never cross their site again to do business. I find Aura to be unprofessional and unprincipled in business practices.
