I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
We went to Argentina with Audley Travel who looked after us really well in the planning and then the local travel agent and guides were also amazing.

Due to Covid, we kept postponing our trip over a four-year period. Samantha was with us all the way. We can't thank her enough. The trip was everything that we hoped for, as every detail was planned out.
Audley UK Travel agency was amazing in organizing my trip to French Polynesia. I was there for 3 weeks and the itinerary was a bit complicated, but they had no problem whatsoever to accommodate every idea, change or suggestion I had for my trip. I got a great deal on breakfast and dinner package in IC Thalasso and all the other accomodations were amazing. Everything was organized flawlessly, from excursions to transports. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
My husband and I have just returned after a wonderful time in Cape Provence South Africa. We are so impressed by Holly Theakstones, detailed planning our trip to meet our needs. The weather overall was fabulous ☀️☀️other than some rain at Lalibela and strong winds in Plettenberg.
The accommodation /hotels throughout were brilliant! 5☀️
PE Mantis hotel was excellent lovely staff…service 5⭐️
Lalibela Game Reserve was something we have never experienced before. Accommodation, experience and service was 5 ⭐️ we did the 4 game drives available and Techa our Ranger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . We met some lovely people there, both guests and staff. The service was excellent.

Old Rectory Plettenberg was also very good! Lovely accommodation, service and meals. Beautiful location even although there was a strong but mild wind! Went up to the Plettenberg Hotel for afternoon tea! Whale watching was cancelled, we did go along the next day but again it was cancelled…understandable due to the big sea conditions. We drove to Knysna / Thesen Island and took a boat trip on the lagoon. The captain gave us directions to get to the viewpoint at the end of the peninsula and a lovely restaurant for our lunch stop.
Stopped at Wilderness beach on route to Oudtshoorn. The Rosenhof was the standout accommodation 5☀️+. Beautiful meals, location - outstanding. accommodation, staff …excellent!
Our trip to the Swartberg Mountains with Lynette was very exciting! Lynette was excellent and relaxing to be with. We did the cango caves, short walk in the lovely warm Swartberg pass, lunch at Prince Albert and home via the waterfall.
R62 Oudtshoorn to Franschoek was a beautiful drive. Very scenic and in lovely warm ☀️☀️. Stopped at Diesel & Creme ✔️😎
Franschhoek is very beautiful- nice accommodation, staff were excellent. BikesNWine - Eon & Keegan were brilliant, we had a grand day out! Hic!
If we returned would stay at least another night.
Cape Town - Absolutely brilliant - we did all the main sights in ☀️☀️. Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape of Good Hope, V&A, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Camps Bay.
We did Cape of Good Hope via M3 getting to Simontown fairly quickly down to Cape Point then driving up the coastline road with all the magnificent scenery! Watched the sunset at Camps Bay.
Acorn Accommodation in Cape Town also very good! Location ✔️.
So thanks to Amelia and the Audley Team for pulling together such a brilliant itinerary for us.
We would love to return one day, maybe a couple of years time God willing!

Just returned from a two week trip touring Japan. The itinery our agent Charlotte produced was perfect and took into account everything we wanted to see and places we wanted to visit. We had a dedicated app which helped not only to find our way around but also to enrich our programme with additional visits. The portable wifi we were given worked perfectly. We
visited Tokyo, Kanazawa, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Hakone then back to Tokyo. Hotels were exactly what we wanted - a clean and comfortable base with good locations. All our train seats on connecting bullet trains were pre booked by Audley so we always had seats waiting for us and the tour guides for our four private tours were without exception excellent. Audley were recommended to us by friends who will use no one else. We are travelling to India with Audley next year and have complete confidence it will be equally amazing.
We have travelled several times with Audley and appreciate their careful planning and responsiveness. We began our planning with Sharidan who helped us craft a varied itinerary to explore Morocco, including a page of Arabic phrases that might be useful. When Sharidan left to pursue a doctorate, the transfer to Corinne was seamless. After an earthquake struck Morocco a few weeks before our planned departure, Corinne impressed us with her response. Reflecting Audley’s commitment to ethical travel, her message began with reassurance that all the drivers, guides and reps, as well as their families were safe. The tour provided a wonderful opportunity to discover diverse landscapes, meet different cultures, learn about Morocco, and witness the rebuilding efforts. Throughout the trip we appreciated the kind consideration of our driver who took us to amazing places, wonderful accommodation, navigating challenging driving conditions with ease. Corinne was responsive in dealing with small glitches. We feel privileged to have had this fascinating trip and will savour the memories. Thank you Corinne and Audley.
I would recommend Audley to anyone! Our holiday was planned and booked by Arista Midwinter who was absolutely amazing. She got back to me really quickly regarding my first enquiry and then planned the whole two week trip on a quick turnaround. The accommodation recommendations were absolutely spot on and the trips all had knowledgable guides who took you off the beaten track. It was really easy to add or change things and the pricing structure was clear. I would do the whole holiday again in a heart beat!
We had an amazing tailormade trip to Namibia to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. Our focus was on viewing wildlife and birdwatching, the accommodation selected for us by our specialist Arista Midwinter was perfect for this. When we had a small hitch with a flight delay Arista swiftly rearranged the airport transfer and car hire pickup for us. The on ground travel company in Namibia was also very helpful and kept in contact with us on our self drive. The whole trip went smoothly from the planning to the end, thanks to Arista’s knowledge and attention to detail.
Have used Audley a few times over the last 10 years so they must be doing something right if we keep returning! Our most recent trip was arranged by Arista, who was a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, her responses to any questions or queries prompt and her specialist knowledge a real asset in helping us decide on our final itinerary. Yes, trips are expensive so for us it’s not an every year engagement for holiday planning but the quality of service has been maintained over the period of time we’ve used Audley. Our go to tailor-made provider for those special or slightly off the beaten track adventures.
