I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Incredible last minute trip

My sister and I could not have pulled off our last minute trip to India without Audley. In less than 1 day, Jason Toms cobbled together a personalized itinary that met all our requests and specific time constraints. The Audley binder and week before call with Jason answered all the last minute questions we did not even know we had and provided valuable in-country information. Our entire trip went seamlessly, thanks to the phenomenal Audley staff. We enjoyed every one of our planned activities that ranged from guided tours to food walks and safari drives. The drivers and guides were personable, professional, and extrmely knowledgeable. We enjoyed our off the beaten path accommodations, each offering a unique experience. We will certainly use Audley for all out future travels.

Great service from Audley Travel

First time using Audley Travel and it's been a very positive experience. Dean Westbrook cheerfully took on the task of organising our multi-city trip across the USA and Canada, dealing with many challenges along the way. He took a considerable amount of time getting to know about the purpose of our trip and about us as travellers. He clearly knows his product and provided lots of points of interest and things to consider, alongside our travel plans. We have total confidence that if anything doesn't go according to plan, one call to Dean and it will be sorted, or even just for advice. We hope to be able to work with them again in the future.

A wonderful time in Phu Quoc

Our third trip with Audley.

Our third trip with Audley. This time a three week trip to Argentina beautifully curated by Kirsten. Her advice was faultless. Last minute internal changes by Aerolineas Argentinas were resolved swiftly. Felt fully looked after while away. Especially appreciated her getting us organised with a table at Don Julio in BA. Also very helpful when our flight home with Lufthansa was cancelled (the only thing we booked ourselves!) The duty desk kept in touch and the Argentinian ground team found us accommodation nearby for the night as the Legado Mitico where we had been staying was fully booked. Kirsten rang for a full de brief when we returned. I only had one hotel which I felt didn't do what it said on the tin. This is a place suggested to us by friends not just Audley. Kirsten assured me that they will check this place out themselves next time they have an information gathering trip. which is encouraging that they are on it. Excellent guides organised all the way through. Looking forward to the next trip

The whole experience exceeded our expectations

Our trip to Tanzania was booked as a special treat to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. We could not have chosen anything better, it was the trip of a lifetime. Everything worked brilliantly, so hats off to Sian for her invaluable guidance and support in planning this trip. In addition to planning an amazing trip, she checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The staff at the Asilia camps we stayed at were wonderful, they made us feel welcome and a part of their family. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.
