Once I got through to Amanda through an online chat the service was exceptional. Unfortunately their text and email automated systems does let them down and the text service in particular was useless but Amanda saved the day.

I used the SMS service as I needed to cancel my membership. I received a message to say that due to high demand it could be up to 2 days before I received a response. Within minutes Sophie messaged me and was able to quickly deal with my request. Fantastic service!!

I recently contacted this company and spoke to Sophie about when my membership was due to expire. Sophie was efficient and thorough, making me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I was congratulated on my news and given options to best suit me. Exceptional customer service.
