My issue isn't with the store too much. Went in and purchase a sofa set, when the product arrived to my home, it was damaged by being dropped, however, i wasn't made aware until I came home and unwrapped the product. The sofa wasn't able to be used. I went into the store and purchased another couch, and had to open another lease ( should've run then, cause who can't adjust a lease to reflect a new purchase) however they were supposed to deliver the new one a week later, the driver calls out sick so it's 2 weeks now with a damaged couch. Now mind you in the process of having a damaged sofa set, I am still paying for the new sofa which at the time I hadn't received, and also the damaged sofa. I call to cancel the lease of the damaged sofa, I'm told I have to call the store, I contact the store, they supposedly canceled the lease. I call the finance company they tell me I have to wait for the money to settle on their end. I made the 50.00 payment and 2 additional payments all of which settled with my bank but not on their end. Weird and bad business, but it's okay cause they have about another day before I block due to fraud and they won't be able to withdraw non of the payments and I'll have a whole sectional. I've called that company 5 times, I believe they don't want to do my refund when i received a damaged product. I work in this industry so I know how a customer experience show be the company's main focus, and this is trash all the way around. D Holmes
