I was told that my furniture would be delivered on today 4/7/2019 between the hours of 8am-6pm. I was contacted by the American Freight store in Jackson,Tn saying that my furniture was being loaded and on its way at 11:45am. I talked to a delivery driver at 1:30pm that told me he was fueling up and that my furniture was loaded and he was on his way and he asked me was I aware of the delivery fee that was to be made at the time of delivery I told him that I was aware of the fee. It’s 6:10pm I haven’t received my furniture, I tried to contact the delivery driver several times and I didn’t get an response. I am very disappointed in the way business was handled this expierience was terrible I was lied to and things were handled very unprofessionally and not to mention my whole off day was a waste
