Evelyn the manager at the American Frieght in Tucker, Georgia was the absolute Best. She helped me find just what I was looking for with my kitchen appliances. Her customer service was so good that I plan to wait for the rest of my favorite appliances for my kitchen to come in at her location. Even though I live 3 hours away it will be worth the trip because I know she gives the best care and treatment to those making large purchases. I’m so thankful I discovered the American Frieght in Tucker Georgia.And Thank you Evelyn for the excellent service!!

I bought furniture from this company and since they couldn’t deliver it when promised, I cancelled And asked for A Refund. After waiting three weeks I got a checkin the mail, took it to my bank and the damn thing was no good! No I will never spend another penny in this store or any of their stores. And I will pass around this by word of mouth, and social media

Bought a fridge. I think the price was decent. It was just hooked up for a few hours now. Fingers crossed that it works fine with no issues. No complaints about that so far. My only complaint is how in the dark we were about the delivery. I got a text at noon that my fridge was picked up. It didn't show up until 4 hours later. I believe the delivery workers are 3rd party. Please either hire more workers so they deliver in a more timely manner or at least create a queue list so I'm able to see where I am on the list for all the deliveries. Or perhaps have a tracking device so I can see where the delivery truck is. Or have the workers send an additional text when they are heading over right now. My old working fridge was full of food so when I saw the text that the fridge was picked up. I didn't start emptying it until 1 hour later. It still took 3 hours for the delivery to come. Maybe 30-45 minutes to remove my old fridge and put in the new one. That's a lot of time for my food to be sitting out.

I definitely had a great experience while shopping for new chairs 🪑 & stuff for my man cave and I will say there is some great quality amongst their selection.

Our experience was great with Titi, a great sales person. He came directly to our needs and helped and processed our purchase very fast. We are happy with our new mattress and all our questions were answered. Thank you Titi.

I bought a refrigerator online, after having the delivery date and time changed on me 4 times in 2 days it was finally delivered. It was immediately malfunctioning, and they have an "all sales are final" policy, so I'm stuck dealing with the manufacturer to get it repaired after paying $1100. Never again, American Freight is a joke.

I will never purchase anything from American Freight again! Purchased a living room set. The love seat broke within a month. Filed a claim, they sent out a tech a month later. Was told he needed to replace the frame, and they would ship one to my residence. Waited 2 months and contacted them, said it would take 12 weeks. Waited another 12 weeks and went on line to inquire. Had a message that they were going to replace it, and to contact the store. Store gave me the run around, and without even checking to see if they had it, said they would have to order it. Said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. They were very nonchalant, and acted very un interested. Do not buy an extended warranty, nor buy any furniture from this place. Big mistake!!!!!! You have been warned!

If I could give less stars I would! The way that they play you on those warranties is criminal! I’ve complained and been given the run around for months and now I’m ready to tell my story …,smh

Tell me how I go in there and ask for a product I saw online that comes with a mirror , I buy it and because I didn’t ask for a mirror the dresser comes with they don’t include it ? Then she says I’ll give it to you for a certain amount so u won’t have to pay the full price for it , Then when I ask the price it’s 90 dollars ? That was kind of a dirty move .

The people at the store were professional and helpful. The people who delivered my dryer however were drunk. I was so upset I called my neighbor to come over so I was not there alone with them. They were adding a cord to my dryer and I was worried they would connect it wrong. They left driving down the street repeatedly beeping their horn. Their comments were far from professional. A really troubling experience

Very nice manager

Awful service experience. Ordered a fridge online which went relatively smoothly. On delivery, the "new out of box" fridge was delivered with old food inside of the unit. The delivery personnel also damaged our front door when removing our old fridge. It was supposed to be covered by their insurance, but it has over 1.5 months and we still haven't received any communication in order to replace the damaged front door. With getting unpaid damage to our home and a fridge which is clearly used, we will most likely never use this company again and would recommend all others stay clear. It isn't worth the perceived cost savings.

Very cheaply made furniture very thin cushions on the couch and loveseat I can’t even sell it on the street for the amount I paid that’s how bad the products are I’ve emailed the company but no reply I wanted them to be aware of the bs their selling and scamming hard working individuals out of their money only to say no returns well stop selling bullcrap just close the whole store down at this point

Do NOT shop here!!! Management is included in scam ring. They are stealing items that belong to customers without proper investigation. I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

My neighbor had a dishwasher that was falling apart. I wanted to get them something nice and useful for Christmas, so I went to American Freight to get them a new dishwasher. I was really pleased with the team at the West Covina store. My online order was fulfilled and ready to go when I got there. The new unit is installed and it's just awesome. Really happy this purchase!

Do NOT purchase from here or a Samsung product EVER!!! Bought an Open Box SAMSUNG dryer. Was told it was brand new just had a small dent on the bottom outside from shipping. $1000 and 7 months later the metal drum split open. They told me I must have dried something to heavy? No just clothes like a normal person. I told the Manager Matt i have had other machines that lasted 20 years and he said yeah they dont make them like they used too. Things only last 5-6 years now. Well its been 7 months. Open box have no warranty. The machine sticker says 2016 on serial number Samsung told me its a scrapped unit?! What does that even mean. He told me they bought it from Samsung. Seems like a scam by American Freight and Samsung both pointing the finger at eachother and me the consumer is screwed. Two associates I talked to at the store said oh Im sure they will make it right with you. Well they are not! I had to buy another dryer NOT from American Freight. I wish I could give 0 STARS. Horrible customer service!!!

Kent was awesome. He helped my wife and I on our purchase of a dishwasher and a stove. He explained to us about the products and what to look for. I would recommend american freight to anybody!
