ALTA Language Services is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
The easy online ability to schedule employees for testing and the quick return of the results.

Our company tried to translate a simple Arabic document into English and we were very disappointed. The quality of work was terrible. It seemed that they used Google translation to complete the task; exact word by word translation resulted in unclear and very awkward sentences that did not make any sense. In addition, the formatting, underline and grammatical errors were everywhere. We were emailing them back and forth few times requesting changes, which they did but the quality of work was still not acceptable. The original plan was to use Alta's language testing services for our project but we cancelled it. I don’t recommend this company for any translation needs.
