We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Mostly good experience but there was confusion about the languages available for high school students. Some languages do not appear on the list when ordering tests but I did not see any information about this on the page.

Wonderful customer service and timely responses! Great Sales team who are knowledgeable and informative and described the process in an easy to understand manner. Would suggest they provide a little more detail in regards to the written feedback that is offered for the language assessment. However, the rating scale is great and allows for significant differentiation among the scoring. Excellent company to do business with overall!
