Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Great service and fast turnaround. The ALTA representative was a pleasure to work with. Only reason for 4-stars as opposed to 5-star was a section of text was missed on the initial translation and fortunately our designer caught it. However, my rep turned the revision around within 20 minutes. Very pleasant experience overall.
