Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE

We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
Alta has come through for me on numerous occassions when I have needed rush translations. They are quick, reliable, and inexpensive. They are a pleasure to work with.
I would not recommend this school to anyone looking to broaden their educational horizons. The staff are not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. They do not have the correct testing method.
I would recommend do your research before signing up. Specially regarding their testing method. Look for other schools that offer more comprehensive and up-to-date educational materials, as well as better student support services.

I really enjoy how easy it is to schedule the IVR Listening and Speaking fluency exams. It eliminates multiple emails trying to coordinate schedules and unnecessary costs when candidates don't call in at the scheduled time for live tests.
Translations were provided correctly, and layout was done nicely. They were late on the agreed upon time and submission process, and communication was not proactive as I had to follow up multiple times.
