Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Communication with Lindsay Teague was great! Lindsay's quick responses were a major factor when choosing which agency to work with. I am grateful that the interpreters were willing to participate in a pre-conference tech run-through; this gave us an opportunity to meet, set expectations, and answer questions. They were all great to work with. We did experience a small technical issue and ALTA handled it promptly and professionally. ALTA will be my first call and I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who asks.
Staff was very attentive, and transferred me to the interpreter needed.
