Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Easy to work with and readily accessible. Every time I called- someone answered and everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. My first experience using ALTA and they will now be our 'go to' when we need interpretive services. Well organized and efficient!
The personnel at Alta are very responsive and helpful. They were incredibly helpful as we launched a new bilingual recognition program.
1. Quality translation of complicated legal documents. 2. Nothing taken for granted. If the translator had a question about something it was raised so there was no misunderstanding and no reworks required. 3. Frequent progress and delivery updates. Excellent expectation management. 4. On time delivery.
ALTA was there every step of the way. There was always someone there to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend!
