Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
The easy online ability to schedule employees for testing and the quick return of the results.

Through the entire process, Lyndsay Teague and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous. Always there when I called to answer any questions. The interpreter assigned, Helena S-W, was extremely professional and punctual. I highly recommend ALTA Language Services for all your translation needs. Our many thanks to everyone at ALTA!
The quality of service has declined sharply over the past few years. Terribly (and wrong) written tests that make the candidates taking the test look stupid. I have made formal complaints about the serious issues facing this company. Not the company they used to be. Please do not rely on the tests from Alta because they have serious issues.
