Accommodation was excellent .Staff very efficient and helpful Food -Breakfast good selection of food Evening meal could be better Day trips-lovely day in Swanage and Poole no time to spend in Poole would rather slend a full day in Swanage Coach to Tamworth had to changd coach 3 times not sure if this a regular accuracebut its annoying Coming home straight to Tamworth but had to wait for a coach to pull in with 4 passengers on board Felt sorty fof the driver as he was getging grief from passengers waiting to get home But there had been a accident on the motoway so the delay couldn't be helped . Surely there must be a better way for logistics instead of changing at Tamworth and waiting and waiting and waiting

From pickup to drop off home

From pickup to drop off home, everything was taken care of, all I had to do was turn up. The Hotel was lovely, food was good with plenty of choice and all meals were waiter service too. I had a single room which was quite spacious and there was no single supplement😊. The only negative was the shower didn't have a thermostat and was difficult to keep to one temperature but it wouldn't stop me from booking again. This was my first time with Alfa and won't be the last, the service by all staff at the hotel and the drivers was first class.

A lovely break!

This was our first holiday with Alfa and we really enjoyed it. We liked the hotel and the journey there was easy and without any problem. The hotel was nice and was clean. We thought our bed was a bit rickety and could do with some attention. There were two members of staff that really stood out, one in the dining room and Steve behind the bar was customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Rochelle in the dining room looked after us really well and both these people are a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately things started to unravel on the journey home where we had a prolonged wait at Tamworth because one of the connecting coaches had been delayed. However, our onward driver who was put under unnecessary pressure by a minority of customers, did everything right and although we didn’t get home until quite late we thoroughly enjoyed our time away. So much so that we have booked another holiday with you later in the year.

First coach trip with Alfa, Royal Scotland

This was our first coach trip with Alfa, we were not disappointed with the trip. Fantastic itinerary, the coach driver Steve T was brilliant and went out of his way to give us a good holiday. But we were not impressed by the Angus Hotel, I have already sent a separate text to Customer Care detailing all the problems we encountered. This is nothing to do with Alfa as would 100% go with them again.

Great Yarmouth was lovely and the boat…

Great Yarmouth was lovely and the boat trip,on the Broads was gorgeous. Our driver Sean kept us laughing, the hotel and staff were very good as we always know as we have travelled with Alfa for many years. We have booked two holidays for 2026, and hope we have such lovely weather but maybe not quite as hot.

Our 5day stay in Dunoon experience.

Our 5day stay in Dunoon was very enjoyable. Hotel was large, benefiting from fairly recent refurbishment, clean, room small but adequate with bonus of “sea view”. Constant hot water. However, no air conditioning and in recent heatwave it was essential, especially in dining room. Staff welcoming and dining room/bar staff friendly. Food varied and good. Entertainment was enjoyable. Trips out were interesting, fortunately the coach was air conditioned, some roads narrow but the driver was experienced. Could have had notable Lochs pointed out. Places we visited-Isle of Bute/Mount Stuart and Oban via Ferry and “breaks” along the way. All enjoyable. We were a party of 4, enjoyed the experience and ready to book similar trips.

Great holiday...only one downside, bedrooms need updating

Nice hotel but bedroom definitely needs updating. Curtains were years old, paper peeling off walls in places, light on wall kept going off and a plug socket was loose. Food was lovely and hot. Dining room staff were lovely and helpful but not enough of them. They seemed to be rushed off their feet. Trips out were great and thoroughly enjoyable. Met lots of lovely people and the new driver Tony was brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us. A big asset to the Alfa Team. Thank you for a great holiday 😁

Wonderful break away

Drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel, Manager and staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Food was remarkable and plenty of choice. Hotel in prime position on seafront. Excursions were really good enjoyed visiting different places especially boat trip on Broads. We had a thoroughly wonderful holiday.

Very nice indeed

This is a lovely hotel in an absolutely perfect location, the staff were,as usual,really friendly and helpful and the place was very clean in the public and private rooms,however the food was a bit of a letdown with boring choices and small portions. The journey was pleasant, we had a great driver and the coach was clean and comfortable.

Lovely holiday

Really nice the hotel was in a lovely location and very clean loved our room. Food good enjoyed every meal. Didnt use the entertainment room a bit small but went in the lounge which was good. Some nice places near by overall i would recomend this hotel and the tours with it
