AVOID - ZERO STARS!!!!

My property was on the market with this ‘agent’ (believe me I use this term begrudgingly & loosely here), for around a year… A mere few viewings Feedback zero every time No replies to emails/texts/calls One client made an offer which wasn’t even put to me - which I found out from my subsequent agent (who incidentally had me several viewings within days, as well as 3 people making/raising offers and the house sold within a week)!!!! The final straw was…. They took my house off the market without even discussing it with me I went in to question why this was so, and was merely spoken to like I was an idiot of an adolescent They then proceeded to say that they’d contacted me several times to reduce the price; but they hadn’t. They also told me that the house was priced too high - yet they’d been the ones to value it?!? I was spoken to like a fool and accused of not knowing how to check my spam, and told that the ‘said’ emails would be in there… On me asking the owner where the phone calls and texts were, as well as requesting him not to speak to me in such a degenerative manner…. I was told to leave the shop as well as him throwing an accusation of me being abusive and confrontational (which I can assure you is not in my nature) I then proceeded to right a review on Facebook & google explaining my experience/ordeal Imagine then being forced to remove my negative review because Alex Jones had shared my personal information in their response for all to see On contacting them with regards to this, they refused to remove it, and so there was simply no other option than for me to delete my original review myself… I suspect this tactic has also been used with other clients Please AVOID at all costs I’ve waited a period of time to post this review for obvious reasons

Unprofessional and rude

Unprofessional and rude. Takes your money with minimal work but when there’s a problem does not want to know. Takes a cut from workmen (which is expected) but work is not done and work was never required. They do not check before and after and if you complain they tell you to take it up with the workman. By ex landlord.

Booked a house valuation with them

Booked a house valuation with them, never showed up. No phone call or email to say they were late or not coming. Tried to call the office on multiple occasions and every time get put through to the out of office team. Get an email reply 2 hours after the appointment time to say it had never been booked in. Would not want to be selling my house if a simple house valuation can’t be booked in correctly.

Been 2 weeks 4 calls trying to get a house viewing done and they never got back to us. Very very poor in regards to communication.

NO STARS Carl 'King' is the epitome of a DEL BOY estate agent. RUDE, ILL MANNERED WIDE BOY. ALL FRONT AND NO SUBSTANCE. Would not trust him and his tin pot agency one bit. BEWARE.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. This man doesn't just speak rudely and in a disgusting manner to tenants its to property owners as well he has a complete lack of customer service skills. I wanted to use this company as I wanted to support a small local business and it was a big mistake. As a property owner its important to get the right tenant and not the first one as we want someone who can actually afford the property and will keep it well. This company first put a tenant in for six months despite being told we wanted a 12 month contract and then the tenant tried to leave after six weeks and it was left to me to explain to him what a contract means. I gave the company a second chance after he made all of these promises to get a better tenant this time well it was all talk. As he says himself he runs a fast service "meaning he wants a full months rent but wants a tenant found in 2 weeks after a handful of viewings" but not a professional one. He has no respect for people, is arrogrant and does not know best and expects you as a customer to be available 24/7 to suit him. I hired him for a service and not the other way around and he's not doing me a favour it was supposed to be a quality professional service for a paid fee. Their are simply math's equation to work out if a tenant earns enough and he could not only not tell me what they were but tried to make out a tenant below this figure would be able to pay the rent because and I quote "she never missed her rent once in her previous property" her rent with us would be almost £150 extra per month its just not comparable. If he spent less time fighting with people and actually doing the service he had been hired for he might have a better business. We took our business elsewhere and did not use him to find us another tenant. We really should have followed the saying "when people show you who they are, believe them".

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! We paid up until the end of the month and I was kind enough to let them do viewings whilst we still had the property! He then notifies me the viewings had been booked in at 1pm on Friday this would be fine if he let me know early but no he let me know at 11am that Friday! Without even inspecting the proctor first! Completely unprofessional! I proceeded to tell him this was too late notice and the property wasn’t in good condition he then spoke to me in a disgusting rude manner and stated that I “clearly don’t know what moving out means” and that they are taking the keys today I said no you’re not we’ve paid until the end of the month end of! Now he will respond to this lying and stating I was wrong but don’t bother just apologise and admit your mistakes and take action like a proper company does! Family run or not you need to learn customer service and go on a course or something because I will not accept being spoken to in the manner I was! The response the the other reviews stating people are wrong and incorrect? Ever heard of the customer is always right! Will NEVER use again and I advise you don’t either! They also never performed checks when they were meant too! And to top it of we went to return the keys and NO ONE was there, shock!!! Just to add to this review they have just rang me regarding the review and said that “the customer is not always right, how are they always right” and spoke to me in an even more rude manner so that’s lovely!! They also stated that why should they review the property before?? that’s called running a business and doing what you have to do so the next tenant has a great level of service! He said it’s unfair to leave a 1 star review when we’re trying to run a company, run it properly and respectfully then and I won’t leave a bad review 😊 I am very disappointed by the level of service! The owner also blamed me review on the fact £100 was taken from our deposit which isn’t the case we agreed on that amount! No ownership or responsibility taken from their actions. Hopefully other tenants have a better experience 😊
