Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. Thank you ever so kindly, Olivia :)

I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

From the moment I arrived Federica has been incredibly friendly and professional. Covering all bases! This woman is a superhero, thank you Federica for your help and support! All staff have been very helpful and professional. Very quick responses whenever there's a problem and have been very welcoming since at the property! I am extremely grateful Ad Hoc provide cheap rent, what a fantastic agency for people less fortunate. 👏

From the very beginning I had an amazing person. Federica was friendly and sweet. She made the moving process so easy and everything was done so fast. Everyone in the building so far has been so amazing and I’m really happy with the building.

So far, the team, Charlie and Meliz from Adhoc have been helpful. The eligibility check-up was faster than I thought. Charlie has been quite professional and explained the formalities well about agreements, finances and the stay. I am yet to move and see how it goes. I will try to update my experience later. I've been a guardian on and off for over 4 years. I have been mostly satisfied and happy. Recently we were asked to carry out a task which as guardians we did,looking after our living area and grounds. It was a tough task but some of us stood up and mucked in. And we were all rewarded by Fed at Ad Hoc.

I have been staying at 114 Reading Road, Henley on Thames for the past 3 months, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The location is convenient, and the amenities provided are decent. The management is helpful. It’s a good option for professionals/students.
