Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I was looking for a room near Bristol. I was shown around by FedericA* The capital A star is the rating for a very professional and witty Italian lady who will go the extra mile. ( I even got my contract on a Sunday when they are officially closed), as she knew I had to move on Monday. I have been an Ad hoc guardian for 5 years mainly around Yorkshire. First i heard about Adhoc from a friend who's renting from GG, they're very popular but i was adviced to go for Adhoc and mine is a quite distinctive story because i paid for a unit in a city, almost moving in but got a new job in another totally different city very far from my city. Although i had paid rent, deposit and done the nesessary checks i reached out to the lady and explained my situation to her colour me shocked when she said that wasn't a problem and transfered me to Federica who happens to be an Adhoc representative renting in my new city and that was how we met. Fed is an exceptional person and a gem for Adhoc. whose professionalism and genuine care make renting a truly pleasant experience. I've been a Guardian with Adhoc for over 3 months now and really couldn't be happier.
