My husband is changing from a Medicare managed plan to a original Medicare and supplemental plan, and I wanted to be sure that his delivery of catheters would not be interrupted. I was lucky to get a representative (Seana!) who told me exactly what info she needed to make the change. but then I got very flustered when I couldn't find it! She calmed me down, assuring me there was no hurry and nothing to worry about--even offering to call me back in a few days if that would be easier for me! It's rare these days to receive such caring customer service, and I very much appreciated it. Thank you, Seana!

I've had great service and really good response time from the180Medical team. Their customer UX on the website isn't fancy but it's very easy to use and navigate. The payment system is easy to use as well. Overall, a great experience.

This was my third year dealing with your outstanding company. Not only are the catheters comfortable and top notch, but the staff is most professional. I have had no issues with the flawless product. The only time I have needed to speak to one of your representatives was when I needed a “ review” at the beginning of each year in order to stay “ in network “. You have always been very accommodating with my request.
