What wrong? Three (3) days without catheters.....:-( First, the catheters were incorrect, so I called. I spoke with Niesha, and she was wonderful, helpful and understanding. She corrected my order. The delivery time stated delivery to be on 12/28/24, which would have made me without catheters for a week! She corrected that delivery time too. However, the catheters arrived 3 days beyond the set date of 12/21/24. They arrived on 12/23/24. It was a very difficult time for me, as you can imagine. I do not want this to happen again. Someone should have called me, saying the order was going to be late and that 180 Medical was overnighting me three-days supply in the interim. That is what 180 Medical personnel did last time it had a mix up in my order like this one. Niesha was bright and articulate, but your shipping failed....This was not a holiday issue either.

Good products and communication. I seem to be on a two month schedule from 180 Medical. This results in an abundance of product and there is no place on the web site to delay for a preferred amount of time. Would like to see an option that allows for a two week or four week delay w/o having to contact a representative.
180 Medical is an excellent company. They keep in contact with me whenever my supplies are getting low. They deliver supplies when promised or earlier. They are responsive to my requests. Their employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

I am extremely pleased with 180 medical, I would have to look far and wide to find any other service that performs as well,which is not the norm for these days and times,if only I could get the big burger companies be be as efficant.
