My husband is changing from a Medicare managed plan to a original Medicare and supplemental plan, and I wanted to be sure that his delivery of catheters would not be interrupted. I was lucky to get a representative (Seana!) who told me exactly what info she needed to make the change. but then I got very flustered when I couldn't find it! She calmed me down, assuring me there was no hurry and nothing to worry about--even offering to call me back in a few days if that would be easier for me! It's rare these days to receive such caring customer service, and I very much appreciated it. Thank you, Seana!
