I notified you by email on 3 consecutive days in early January that my catheter supply had declined to almost zero, and also when it hit zero. In each email I requested an emergency partial shipment. I never received an acknowledgement and have yet to receive any catheters as of today, Jan 12. I do not Cry Wolf, when I have no way to empty my bladder, I am in a world of hurt. I explained my medical situation at length in my emails, hoping that would trigger some action from 180 Medical, to no avail to date
Always on-time deliveries and best customer service representatives of any organization I have ever done business with. Just convinced a friend to switch to 180 because of all the headaches he was having from his former supplier.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My insurance changed and within 24 hours they had my new insurance verified and my supplies delivered. Their efficiency gives me piece of mind as I cannot go without supplies!

I love 180 medical. I have used a couple of other companies over my years with a illeo urostomy and the supply's I need to take care of it with. I switched over to 180 medical a few years ago. I have never had a problem with them at all. They email you your next month order. If you have questions about it, you can chat, email or just call. They are the most respectful people I've ever delt with. They always ask if you have any questions or concerns. If you do they'll take care of it right now. If they say they will have to call you back you need to believe them they call you back. They are a super group of people, they have it together. You can't get no better service & help anywhere else. You actually think you've gone back in time when you called someone and they actually cared. Which a lot of companies could care less. But not these guys they are the best. I even got a Christmas card from them with pictures of workers, signatures from them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CAN NOT GET ANYONE NO BETTER THAN 180 MEDICAL CREW.
