Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Excellent from enquiry to booking
Phoned to enquire about a holiday I had seen. Samuel was very helpful. I said I would confirm the next day but decided it wasn't for me. Luckily Samuel phoned me back to ask if I was confirming my booking and I decided I would. He was very helpful and we completed the booking. I had an enquiry about something else and was pleasantly surprised when he called me back the next day confirming my enquiry. Hopefully our holiday will be fab and the itinary will run smoothly.

great service so far
i have booked a cruise with this company and so far the service has been excellent, Alex our holiday consultant has been very good with his knowledge of the cruise and hotels and what he doesn't know regarding flights etc he will find out and get back to you, so if the holiday goes as well as the planning i will be putting another review on trustpilot and trip advisor.
