Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.
Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.
This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

We contacted worldwide cruises having seen a holiday offer. After discussing with Eddie, we made some bespoke changes. We made several changes to locations, hotels, travel options. Each time Eddie was responsive and understanding to our requirements. I would highly recommend this service and Eddie. The price was competitive and Eddie even managed some additional bonuses to our holiday. within hours of our booking we received all the confirmation details receipt and atoll certificate.

The chap I spoke to on the Phone (Vince) was fantastic, I changed a lot around the holiday, he was informative friendly and knowledgeable, the holiday came in slightly more than anticipated but that was down to me upgraded various parts. great company

Booked A cruise for My wife's Birthday, i found the customer service of the consultant excellent he explained everything in detail and clearly, he then suggested an Upgrade to Mini Suite Balcony a great idea as having reviewed this on the cruise liner website the suggestion was an excellent one comes with On Board Credit as well another bonus, thanks very much now just waiting to Board the cruise in FEB 17, thank you Worldwide Cruises

I was disappointed π that the only cabins with Windows where the ones with a balcony this should be explained when booking and as pre usual their was a extra cost you never really get the deal for the price advertised
