Very quick reply from first sending a request for information about a cruise. Eddie was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Excellent service

Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Excellent service

Good company with competitive prices Service from travel consultant Harry was very professional. Any enquiries were dealt with swiftly ensuring we didn't lose out on the cruise deal we were interested in. Direct line contact with Harry secured our booking with no problems. Would definitely use this company again.

Thanks Alex!

This review is regarding the booking process only as we have not been on the cruise as yet, can't wait till May 2017! We were helped by a very polite competent and helpful young man named Alex who made the whole booking process as painless as possible. He was well informed about the hotel options and the ship. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to answer my numerous questions. If only booking all my holidays were as straight forward as it was with Worldwide Cruises UK. Let's hope our holiday experience on our cruise of the Greek Islands in May is just as enjoyable. Well done Alex!

Eddie a travel agent with a heart!

Due to last minute unforeseen circumstances we were unable to take our holiday, we knew we weren't covered by our insurance policy for this eventuality & didn't show up for our flight on March 1st, today March 2nd we received the most courteous caring call from Eddie when he realised we didn't make the holiday, this man worked his socks off to get us a fantastic deal but didn't forget about us after he'd taken our money & genuinely cared about our situation. Please anyone thinking of a holiday with this company, please book with Eddie, this guy deserves all the business he can get.

A service for the customer not the profits of the Company

From a link via Travelzoo which provides discounted holidays I have found in the past that when holidays are discounted the service that you receive is somewhat watered down but NOT in this case, the holiday rep did everything he could to secure us the best deal in our tight budget, he took the time & effort to look and present all the different possibilities to get the best deal , He was very friendly and professional and I personally would use his services again and recommend his service to my friends and family. However I guess the proof is in the pudding as they say ||||
