Eddie a travel agent with a heart!
Due to last minute unforeseen circumstances we were unable to take our holiday, we knew we weren't covered by our insurance policy for this eventuality & didn't show up for our flight on March 1st, today March 2nd we received the most courteous caring call from Eddie when he realised we didn't make the holiday, this man worked his socks off to get us a fantastic deal but didn't forget about us after he'd taken our money & genuinely cared about our situation.
