Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Eddie, Worldwide cruises
Not sure if my earlier review went through. However just to say Eddie provided a highly professional first class service. As first time cruisers we had many questions. Nothing was too much trouble for Eddie - everything was perfect planes, trains, buses, cruise ship, trips all superbly organised. We had such a memorable and enjoyable holiday all thanks to Eddie. We cannot thank him enough and look forward to booking with him again. If Eddie Is not employee of the year I would like to meet the rest of the team!!!

A Huge Thank You to Samuel.
A Huge Thank You to Samuel. I just returned from a trip from Memphis to New Orleans and Cruise around the Caribbean which was great but unfortunately when arriving back to New Orleans I discovered I had lost my Passport, which meant I could not return home the following day. Panic! I called Samuel who was extremely helpful, over and above the line of duty. Sam organised my Amtrak Train Journey to Atlanta, necessary to obtain a temporary passport from the British Consular plus a Hotel in Atlanta. He then organised my Flight back to London, making 3-way calls with the Airline early mornings and let evenings, due to time difference. None of these things were straight-forward and difficult to arrange from a distance. He was amazing, ensuring everything went smoothly during what could have been a very difficult time for me. I don't know what I would have done without his help, He deserves a Medal and I will certainly book through him again, as such after care is rare to find, especially as he took so much time to help when I'm sure he would rather have been doing new bookings!
