Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

This is by far the best holiday we have had. Mo from world wide cruises gave us the best advice and went the extra mile to ensure our holiday went smooth and organised from the first phone call to us going. NCL is the best cruise company and we would definitely return for future holidays

Exceptional customer service Mo
I've used this company twice Mo was my agent and was excellent ..I had a small problem on both occasions and both times Mo sorted them for me quickly, efficiently and professionally. You never really know how good a company is, until you have a problem and see how that problem is handled ..I have to commend this company most importantly Mo for his exceptional customer service. I have no problem recommending them to all my friends and family

Sam was the most help agent I have dealt over booking many cruises like 50 plus .A true professional, understanding and was prepared to solve ever simple issue and there were plenty. Iam in my 70th year his patience was tested on a daily basis, but he was your shining star . I hope to get the please for speaking to him again . Your opening question was how many stars the heavens and the sky .A wonderful person to have on your team .I wish him every success and hope he remains with worldwide cruises

Speedy and tailored service.
The online request I made was picked up within an hour and a phone call to check specific details came before any random quotes. Eddie tailored his responses and offered great support over the following few days, and was happy enough to allow me to pick and or at the give detail.. resulting in a more expensive sale, but a much better outcome for me!! Thanks for a great experience.

Another painless experience
Having used worldwide last December, we were so impressed we have used them again for our December break to Oz. We got in touch with Kevin, gave him our itinerary, and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, we had to return to the UK earlier than planned. Eddie organised revised flights at less than a third of the price Emirates wanted to charge. Very impressive. Thanks fellas.
