A Huge Thank You to Samuel. I just returned from a trip from Memphis to New Orleans and Cruise around the Caribbean which was great but unfortunately when arriving back to New Orleans I discovered I had lost my Passport, which meant I could not return home the following day. Panic! I called Samuel who was extremely helpful, over and above the line of duty. Sam organised my Amtrak Train Journey to Atlanta, necessary to obtain a temporary passport from the British Consular plus a Hotel in Atlanta. He then organised my Flight back to London, making 3-way calls with the Airline early mornings and let evenings, due to time difference. None of these things were straight-forward and difficult to arrange from a distance. He was amazing, ensuring everything went smoothly during what could have been a very difficult time for me. I don't know what I would have done without his help, He deserves a Medal and I will certainly book through him again, as such after care is rare to find, especially as he took so much time to help when I'm sure he would rather have been doing new bookings!
