Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Excellent Service!
We have recently returned from a holiday in China with an Asian cruise. I dealt with Eddie from Worldwidecruisesuk and I can honestly say that nothing was to much trouble. From changing our flights to just general questions Eddie was absolutely brilliant and always responded very quickly. I would also like to mention our two guides in China, Mary and Vivi. They were brilliant from start to finish 😊 both informative and funny, they made the holiday even more enjoyable! I would definitely use Worldwidecruisesuk again and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends 👍

Excellent Customer Service!
I have never written a review before, but really wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to Alex at Worldwide Cruises. Alex provided an excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service from start to finish. We extended our short cruise holiday with stays in Vancouver and Las Vegas. The arrangements all went smoothly, and Alex was dedicated in finding us the best value combinations. We were very happy with his recommendations of hotels and flights. Also, he was reliable! I could rely on Alex to promptly reply to emails/queries, a rare quality in many large companies. I have no hesitation in making Worldwide Cruises our first choice should we wish to cruise again in the future, and I would recommend this company to family and friends. Thanks again Alex!

We would like to compliment and congratulate WW Cruises for putting on offer such an exciting and real value for money package.From start to finish we enjoyed it all . The flights went well , the hotels in both cities were excellent standards and in brilliant locations for getting around.We thoroughly enjoyed the Amtrak journey, The comfortable and spacious seating made the trip really pleasant .The cruise was also most enjoyable. We would like to say a big " thank you " to "Mo " for his help and guidance .

Would not recommend
Booked holiday after seeing on TravelZoo, but the offer wasn't nearly as good as advertised - cost LOTS more! Constantly offered 'extras' at an additional costs (such as hotel breakfasts) that were already included in the hotel price! Very large deposit required - approximately one third of total cost for a holiday that was 8 months later!
