Excellent service
Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Great service given
I always speak to Mo. He has found me some great deals and I find his price is always the best. He is always listening to and delivering. my requests. Worldwide Cruises aftercare is excellent. After the first cruise I booked with Mo, I received a phone call from him. Due to an issue, I had to rearrange the internal flight and he phoned to see if everything was ok I really appreciated the call, (Thanks again Mo) Would I book with Worldwide Cruises again? You bet I would and in fact have 2 booked with them for 2025 & 2026. Their service is excellent.

Second time booking, best pricing and experience
This is my second booking with Eddie of Worldwide Cruises. Eddie always provides an honest view as to what’s best from an experience and pricing perspective. There is never a need to pressure you into booking, he’s always trying to ensure it’s the right package for you. Will definitely be back for our next trip.

Mo was a great help when booking my cruise to Japan. He suggested hotels for before and after the cruise and helpful information about the transfers. He responsed very quickly to my emails and was helpful on the phone too. Would use this company again due to the exellent customer service.
