Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Have booked 4 cruises with Worldwide Cruises having Mo as the agent. I wouldn't hesitate to continue booking my cruises with them especially using Mo as he's very helpful and friendly always getting the best deal he can for me and is very punctual in responding to any emails and calls.

Eddie has been most helpful in arranging the holiday my husband and I wanted after several other ‘major’ travel companies failed to meet our requirements. He was extremely patient whilst we fine tuned the trip and we were very pleased with the final price of the package.

My contact, Jessica, was helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
It took me a week to finally book a cruise. Over this time I had many telephone conversations with Jessica, going through many options with lots of queries. Jessica was always polite, helpful and knowledgable. The only issue I encountered was that when Jessica had a day off no arrangements are made by Worldwide cruises for her phone calls to be diverted to another assistant. I had to phone the general office number and spoke to an assistant but all he did was connect my call to Jessica’s phone, so no help there. I tried again and this time was told by another assistant that Jessica was not in, but offered no help. WC need to make sure that in absence there is cover by another assistant who has access to all information. This nearly lost my business, but On her return to work Jessica worked so hard to get me what I needed and recovered my business

Price advertised over three consecutive days was incorrect
I was not able to book the cruise at the advertised price on the 30th of October. I was told to keep looking at the website to see when the price may be available again. The price was advertised at the same price on the 31st October and again today and on all occasions the website said it was the updated price. Ive tried again to book it at the advertised price and again they said I can't book it at the price that they advertise. Not impressed!!

Give 'Mo' a go!
We found this company by clicking through on a link provided by Cruise Critic here in the UK. We have been on many cruises and so we know what to expect from a pricing perspective, or we thought we did. Working with a customer service person called Mo, we got a fantastic long haul cruise deal to South Africa at a price that simply blew us away. We also customised our trip and in going the extra mile Mo is giving us details of tour companies he has personally experienced whilst in SA. The standard of customer service is phenomenal, so all I would say is give them a try, no hard sales tactics here, just honest, hard working people delivering quality holidays.
