Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Just completed a booking with Eddie. He was amazing. Very patient with me. Didn't hassle me to complete my booking, I had lots of queries and questions. He answered all the questions and made the perfect package for me, with the hotel transfers and direct flights I wanted. Curated the cruise to our personal requirements. Thank you Eddie.

We used a gentleman call Alex, he's professionalism was and is outstanding, we had to cancel a cruise 2 years ago and put the deposit on a recent cruise this year, we were very suspect about the amount of bookings required on our behalf , for the cruise, the taxis, the hotels and the flights as there was so much that could have gone wrong. nothing did and it all ran smoothly . Samuel is the man to help.
Samuel answered the phone on about the third ring and was very helpful and assisted with the details we needed to book a cruise for November next year. We took a day or two think about the cruise and sort out suitable insurance with Direct Line. We called Samuel and confirmed the booking and very shortly after the cruise details arrived via email. Very please with the speed of answering the call and the knowledge of the call handler. If this is how the rest of the cruise goes we will be well pleased, and the prices are not too bad either
