Excellent service
Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Third Cruise...so far!!!
We have just booked our third cruise with Worldwide Cruises and although we have dealt with a different consultant on each occasion, we have always had great service. Samuel, Eddie and Mo are always responsive and happy to tweak any itinerary to suit your needs. I would have no reason not to use them every time and would highly recommend. I would have no reason not to use them everytime and would highly recommend.

Samuel at Worldwide cruise was fantastic. We booked a group cruise (10 of us ) on Celebrity Solstice - All Inclusive Luxury Thailand & Vietnam With Singapore & Hong Kong Stay from London 31st October 2023 - with 2 nights pre cruise stay at Holiday Inn Atrium, Singapore and 2 nights post cruise stay at Regal Hotel, Hong-Kong. Everything from start to finish was handled seamlessly by Samuel. He even went out of his way to ensure that our two daughters who decided to go with us at the last minute were on the same return flight with us and changed their hotel so they could be with us at The Regal. There was no long waiting at the end of the phone or chasing of emails like with some other travel Agents. All queries were dealt with professionally and swiftly.Thank you so much Samuel. You made our holiday special as were all together as one big group through out our holiday.

Straight forward and faultless
What can be a potentially difficult process what made to be very straight forward and faultless. Staff (Stevie) were very knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend. I will definately use again for all future cruises.

What great service Eddie
The service was efficient and Eddie’s responses to my many questions were timely and full. The pricing was accurate and detailed so we knew exactly what was included and also not included. He was also very efficient at providing us with pricing when we asked about different options, with no make a quick decision. All in all it was a very happy experience for us.
