Excellent service
Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Fantastic experience!
Fantastic experience. Stevie was my contact and was very patient. We went back and forth with emails and questions , she always responded quickly with the answers often giving us lots of advise to make our holiday experience run smooth . I will be saving her details and using her for future holiday bookings !

Efficient service
Efficient service, disappointing to find it was an extra £100 per person when returning the call to accept the quote. Signature drop box not working on the day but thr next morning it was.

From the moment we enquired, Mo was more than helpful suggesting different packages to meet our needs, getting us the best deal at an amazing price. We booked 18 months ahead but Mo kept in contact even offering alternative flights so we could choose the ones that suited us. He also arranged all our transfers and every element of the holiday was faultless due to his attention to detail. By the end of our holiday we came to regard Mo as a friend and we wouldn't hesitate to book with him in the future. I've already got my eye on a cruise to visit Madagascar!
