Item picked up on time, delivered quickly and without drama and I was kept well informed of its progress. Just what I needed from a delivery service.

Service in UK was good. Parcel dropped at designated shop. However when the parcel arrived in Australia with DHL, the service was very poor. Even though they had the recipient's contact details they failed to get in touch and tried to deliver twice when nobody home. No failed delivery card was left. Tried to obtain a phone number here from parcel service, but nothing came through. My son had to find the relevant delivery office and pick the parcel up. This was fine but there was a total lack of cominication from DHL.

Pleased I could manage to set up courier details on line followed by prompt collection, speedy delivery with tracking & signature, also useful customer service when required.

Customers should be informed of how much important tax will cost before they agree to use your service. £460 tax on a parcel that only cost slightly more is not what I was expecting. Also customer service could be greatly improved. Collection of delivery became difficult in Portugal with absolutely no help from yourselves when trying to resolve the situation. The attitude was 'not our problem' once payment was taken. Definitely won't be using your service again.

It was my first time using this company to send documents to Spain. Excellent communication. Emails are answered immediately, and the website is easy to use with very clear transparency. Fantastic courier service; next-day delivery to Spain. The service was just outstanding.

Parcel was damaged when delivered, I reported the issue immediately afterwards. They've taken all the details from me however, I've still not received any compensation or response from anyone. Do not use them !

Shipped our household from the UK to the UAE and the process was simple, cost efficient and quick. Top marks for customer service and speed of delivery. Moderate marks for tracking as it was a bit confusing tracking between WPS and DHL but once it cleared customs the recipient was kept informed on delivery and it arrived as promised on time. One box of 11 was quite damaged with a few broken contents, otherwise everything else arrived in one piece. Would recommend and would use again.

Usually I ship parcels to family by sea, it takes about 2 months but is reliable and cheap (around £20/£30). This time I paid £150 for a quick delivery, sure enough it arrived in the Philippines in 4 days. Since then DHL have held it for 10 days, still don't know where it is. They kept asking for the same paperwork repeatedly, all information I had already submitted. I will never again use a service that involves DHL.

Organised shipping through DHL with no problems, when it reached the border WPS contacted me saying there was an issue with delivery. That was it. They couldn't provide me with a tracking number or a contact for the local DHL authority. When I emailed WPS they literally told me to google it. The tracking number they did provide was completely wrong (for a parcel delivered to Spain, mine was for Germany) and showed absolutely no interest in helping me once they had received their payment.
